How Partial COD works
Pay just βΉ99 online when you place your order β this confirms it.
Pay the remaining amount in cash to the delivery partner when your case arrives.
Please don't pay the balance online after your order ships β the courier may not see it and could ask you to pay again. The βΉ99 advance is non-refundable if delivery is refused.
What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
We'll send you a free replacement. Email helloxocases@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery with photos and an unboxing video (showing the sealed parcel being opened).
Since every case is custom-made, we don't offer refunds. Full policy
