At XO Cases, we offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 350/-. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Times: Typically 5-8 business days.
  • Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive an email on the registered email address with tracking details.

IMPORTANT for Partial COD RTO Orders :

For Partial COD orders, if delivery is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, a reshipping fee of ₹60 + any pending balance will be required to process the shipment again.

Your online payment is safe and non-refundable. Returned COD orders will be converted to prepaid shipments once payment is received.
Please ensure your address, pincode, and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

Why this is required: 99% of our prepaid orders are delivered successfully on the first attempt. COD orders face return issues mainly due to unavailability or incorrect delivery details. This process ensures you get your order safely and quickly.
